baganonymous.com is a safe and secure website that offers
the rental of designer, couture handbags on daily, weekly,
or monthly terms.

How does it work?
A:
Renting a bag or bags is quite simple. You can either start
browsing through our current collections, and provide all
your information at Checkout, or you can click on "New
Customer Start Here," provide us with information such
as your name and address, create a log-in name, and then start
shopping! Either way, the process is easy, breezy. Browse
through our bags by seasonal trend, by designer, or by type
of bag (tote, clutch, etc.). Once you have added the bag or
bags of your choosing to your shopping cart, you can checkout
by clicking on "Checkout." At checkout, you can
choose to pay for rental insurance, you can choose the method
of UPS delivery (overnight, 2-day, or ground), and you can
choose your payment method. Then your bag is shipped to you.
Inside the box will be a return shipping label which you can
use with the box in which you received the bag.

Is my information secure?
A:
Absolutely. Your information is held with a third party website,
Authorize.net, and is only used or accessed when you go through
"Checkout."

How much does it cost to rent a designer bag?
A:
There are two levels of bag: Level 1 includes designers such
as Fendi, Gucci, Prada, and Miu Miu. Level 2 includes designers
[such as __________________]. Pricing varies based on whether
the bag is a Level 1 or Level 2, and whether you are a BagAddict
(member of baganonymous.com) or not. Prices are calculated
based on our rule that one week equals 7 days, and one month
equals 4 weeks, or 28 days. Prices listed below do not include
shipping and handling fees or insurance.

What does it cost to become a BagAddict?
A: Membership
fees are $9.95 for a single month, or $100.00 for an entire
year. You will be charged for the entire term you select at
the time you sign up.

Does baganonymous.com require that I be a member, or BagAddict?
A:
No.

How do I become a member, or BagAddict?
A:

Q:
Are there any benefits to being a BagAddict?
A:
Yes. First, you will save money. If you choose to become a
BagAddict for the year, you purchase a membership for $100.
As a member, you can save $50 per day, $20 per week, or $80
per month. Imagine, if you rent a bag for a month, you've
basically paid for your yearly membership! Second, only BagAddicts
can put a bag on their Buy It Wish List so that if a bag becomes
available for purchase at the end of a season (only some bags
will become available) that member can purchase it for a significantly
discounted price. Availability will vary from season to season.
Q:
Will my rental be "new"?
A:
No. But each handbag is thoroughly inspected prior to delivery
and will be in excellent condition.
Q:
How much will shipping cost?
A:
All shipping is done through UPS, and at Checkout you will
have a choice to have us ship your bag overnight, 2-day, or
regular ground. NOTE: If you live in the DFW area, and you
are doing a daily rental, you will have two options: (1) overnight
delivery through UPS, or (2) a same-day personal courier delivery
service, which we highly recommend. To that effect, we do
not offer regular ground or 2-day delivery as an option for
daily rentals.
Q:
Does someone have to sign for the package or can UPS leave
the box on my front porch?
A:
There must be someone over the age of 18 to sign for the package
containing your precious cargo! Keep that in mind when deciding
which shipping address to include at Checkout.
Q:
Can I purchase insurance?
A:
Insurance is highly recommended! You can elect to purchase
insurance at "Checkout." Insurance covers the wear
and tear of regular use of your fabulous bag. It does not…we
repeat, DOES NOT cover the cost of replacing a bag. So, if
your rental is lost, stolen, or destroyed, you are responsible
for the full retail cost of the bag plus a restocking fee
of 10% of that retail price.
Q:
For how long may I rent a bag?
A:
Nationwide, you may rent by the week or the month, and if
you live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area then you may rent by
the day as well. You may rent any given bag for as long as
you would like!
Q:
How do I know when my week or month of rental technically
begins and ends?
A:
Here at baganonymous.com, one week equals 7 days, and one
month equals 4 weeks or 28 days. Your rental term begins the
day we ship you your bag (NOT the day you receive it). Example:
if we pop your bag onto the UPS truck on Monday the 1st, then
that is the day your rental begins. If you have rented that
bag for a week, the last day of your rental term is Sunday
the 7th, and you must pop it back in the mail on Monday the
8th. [put in a graphic here of a calendar w/numbers on days

Q:
Once I receive my bag and fall in love with it, can I extend
my rental term?
A:
Yes. Simply log into your account and change the rental term.
But you will only be able to extend it by the week or month
(or by the day, if you are in the DFW area).
Q:
If the bag I've been coveting is being rented by someone else,
how will I know that it has become available? And how will
baganonymous.com know that I want to rent it?
A:
Relax. Once you are a BagAddict (a member of baganonymous.com),
you have the ability to create a Wish List of the bags you
want to rent. By doing so, you are agreeing that when the
bag becomes available, you would like it shipped to you. When
we ship it to you, you will receive an email reminding you
to be on the lookout!
Q:
If I fall in love with my bag, can I choose to purchase it?
A:
baganonymous.com is primarily and most importantly a rental
service. But there are certain bags that will become available
for purchase at the end of a season for a significantly discounted
price. Whether and which bags become available will vary.
However, only BagAddicts have access to purchasing these handbags.
Q:
How do I let the folks at baganonymous.com that I want to
purchase it?
A:
BagAddicts simply add the bag they wish to purchase to their
Buy It Wish List.
